How to read this. Each dot is a brand. Further right means customers pay more for its shirt. Higher up means it keeps more of every yuan as gross margin. Colour shows how it holds its price. Start with the question buttons above, then click any dot for that brand's full record and sources.

The seven ways to hold a price
Every brand on this map holds its price one of these seven ways. The cyan line is our own gross margin: models sitting left of the line are affordable at the margin we have today, and models to the right need margin built first. Click any brand for its record.
Our reference line follows the region you have selected: 66.9% in China and 72.6% in APAC, both from the YTD Jun-26 internal report (group blended 68.0%, against a 70% healthy bar). The verdict in each row is what the six-play screen found as of 29 July 2026. Verdicts are judgment built on the evidence in these records, and they are written to be argued with.
Type into cells directly. Edits save in this browser automatically and show on the map right away.
To make them permanent, click Download brands.js and replace the file in the project folder
(or hand the downloaded file / the values to Claude). Grey cells = data still to collect.
Cyan cells = edited here, not yet in the file. Per-region price overrides live in the file only.
Price benchmark rules. Fixed anchor items so prices compare like-for-like: basic tee, basic polo,
basic long-sleeve shirt (cheapest plain core-line version, official channel; hover any price column header
for the exact spec). Ticket = tag price. Take-home = actually payable today on the Tmall flagship
after stackable coupons (official site for APAC, note the FX rate in the channel column); skip flash deals,
never collect during 618 / Double-11 without flagging. Discount % computes itself.
